Growing shelving made of galvanized steel - R1
Description
Main frames of the shelving are made of shaped steel posts and crossbars welded together then hot-dip galvanized. The sideboards, between which the compost is loaded, are made of galvanized steel as standard. The base rails that support the compost on the loading nets are aluminum profiles. Top and bottom guides to hang the picking lorry are made of non-anodized aluminum profiles, mounted on special aluminum brackets. The standard also includes holes for installation of automatic irrigation system. Growing shelving can be made in many variations, with different widths, lengths and the number of shelves (3-7). As a standard, all nuts and bolts are made of stainless steel.

Growing shelving - Magnelis® - R2
Description
All elements of the growing shelving are made of Magnelis® steel. It is a patented steel coating that resists rust and regenerates when the metal surface is damaged. The posts, crossbars, sideboards and base rails are made of formed profiles. The frame is not welded and is assembled on site. The shelving can be made in many variations, different widths and number of shelves (3-7). Top and bottom guides to hang the picking lorry are made of non-anodized aluminum profiles that are mounted on special aluminium brackets.

Descriptions
This growing shelving design is characterized by the removal of every other post which makes it easier for the harvesting machine to collect mushrooms onto the conveyor belt. It is also wider than the standard width of the growing shelving because it doesn’t need to be picked by hand. All elements of the shelving are made of Magnelis® steel. Growing shelving
for substrate blocks and logs
Shelving is designed for growing different species of oyster and exotic mushrooms. Main frames of the shelving are made of shaped steel posts and crossbars welded together then hot-dip galvanized. As a standard, all nuts and bolts are made of stainless steel. Due to its construction, shelvings can be easily moved from one room to another which allows using the same shelving for both incubation and picking rooms. Optionally shelving can be equipped with special handles for
moving them using forklifts.
