Manual picking lorry - LWM
Description
A manually operated picking lorry is used for efficient and accelerated mushroom picking. The lorry design makes it possible to pick mushrooms from every shelf. Movement up / down is done with the use of a manual winch on cables. Due to the use of polyamide wheels, the operator can move efficiently and easily along the shelving top rail guides. The picking lorry is easy to use and maintain. The entire structure is made of solid aluminum profiles, stainless steel elements and cables, which will ensure functioning and reliability for many years. Working platform is made of diamond aluminum plate as a standard.

Electric picking lorry - LWE
Description
Electrically operated picking lorry with a working platform that makes picking mushrooms easy from all levels of the growing shelves. Picking is done even more comfortably in parts due to the adjustable picking tray which can be easily adapted to any employee or shelf level. Electric drive system makes harvesting more efficient, convenient and reduces employee fatigue. Working platform is made of diamond aluminum plate as a standard.

Electric picking lorry - LGE
Description
Electric picking lorry on geared racks (nitrogen-carbonate coated). It eliminates the use of steel cables and cable guide wheels. This solution lowers the frequency of inspections in order to maintain the service life of the lorry. It is operated by an electric motor coupled with a worm gear and a gear axle placed under the platform. The device is equipped with a controller with the so-called „soft start” function, which limits inrush currents and allows smooth operation in both vertical and horizontal directions. All electrical components are easily detachable, allowing the cart to remain in the chamber during the steaming process. A lowered platform provides the ability to pick from the first shelf, and it is possible to install an additional LED lamp to make picking more comfortable.

Hydraulic picking trolley- HET
Description
The most technologically advanced product for picking mushrooms. The trolley is adapted for automatic movement on the concrete floor. The up and down movement is accomplished with the use of a hydraulic mechanism. Most of the elements are made of stainless steel, with the working platform made of diamond aluminum sheet. The multi-function control remote allows you to move around in all directions as well as set the horizontal speed adjusted to picking rate. It is equipped with a gate-opening sensor, an audible alarm and deep discharge protection. For increased safety of employees, the cart can be equipped with optical obstacle sensors.

Picking trolley - TLS
Description
This picking trolley is designed to facilitate comfortable work while picking the first and second shelves. The structure is entirely made of galvanized steel with a comfortable polycarbonate seat. The seat can be adjusted to comfort level of the employee. The picking trays are also adjustable, where the top tray can be easily adjusted from about 370 mm to 520 mm. An integrated bucket holder is positioned centrally between employee’s legs to optimize work. Swiveling polyamide wheels in a stainless housing with ball bearings provide easy to movement without standing up.

Battery charging station
Description
The charging station is equipped with 16 smart chargers, which work in a 7-stage cycle that takes care of the batteries’ vitality. The chargers have the ability to wake up deeply discharged battery sets, as well as detect damaged packs. Once the charging process is complete, the device enters storage mode, which sustains the appropriate parameters of the battery and allows it to be used at any time without drawing large amounts of power. The most important feature is the high parameterization ability of the device, which allows charging in cyclic mode, as well as the appropriate voltage setting for the expected charging time.
Dolly
Convenient dolly for safe and fast transport of drives, batteries and remote controls. Thanks to its compact design, it allows you to carry up to 8 sets of controls and easily connect them to charge. The construction is made of galvanized steel and the drive mounts are made of aluminum.
